Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or tampered with, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at nykbeauty01@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will gladly assist with a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
 

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at nykbeauty01@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your order number

• The item you would like to return

• The reason for your return request

• Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If a discount or promotional code was used, the refund amount will reflect the final amount paid after the discount.
 

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products

• Gift cards

• Samples, trial-size items, or promotional gifts

• Items marked as final sale

• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers
   

Allergic Reactions or Sensitivity

Everyone’s skin is different. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list before use and performing a patch test before applying any new skincare product.

If you experience discomfort or sensitivity, discontinue use immediately. Please contact us at [support email], and our team will do our best to assist you. Refunds for opened products due to personal skin sensitivity are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
